To improve your application's chances of success, make sure you enter full and accurate personal details and have your order delivered to your registered billing address.
When you apply for interest-free credit with Klarna for the first time, you'll be asked to provide your phone number, email address, billing address and date of birth. This information will be kept secure by Klarna. does not have access to this. If you use Klarna Slice it again, you'll only need to agree your order and won't need to provide the same personal information again.
You are responsible for making the agreed repayments on time and in full. Making these repayments in full as agreed means you'll be able to spread your payments across the time frame agreed, at no extra cost – helping you get the products you want without having to pay up front.

Slice It by Klarna: what is it and how do I use it?
Slice It is a payment plan offered by Klarna, allowing you to pay for your watersports gear through equal interest-free monthly instalments.
Slice It is a payment option you can select for orders worth £400 or more.
To make an interest-free payment with Slice It, you simply have to follow these steps:
What do I need to be able to make a purchase? Slice it is only available online, to people aged 18 or over. If you purchase using Slice it with Klarna, you'll need to provide your email address as well as name, billing address, date of birth, and your mobile number in case they need to reach you. It's essential you provide the correct details, otherwise you won't receive monthly statements and you'll risk incurring interest or late payment fees.
How can I increase my chances of being accepted for Slice it? Klarna reviews orders based on the information you provide at checkout, and you are more likely to be accepted for Slice it if you ensure all of your details are totally accurate when signing up. All orders are reviewed individually. If you've been offered Slice it (or not) previously, this won't determine the outcome of Klarna's reviews in future.
I've cancelled my order. How long will it take to receive a refund and how will I be refunded? If you contact us to cancel your order, Klarna will process your refund immediately. This will be returned back to your Klarna account within 3–5 business days. The refund will be made back to your Klarna account, which you can access by logging in on the Klarna website www.klarna.com/uk. Any credit balance can be used for future purchases or can be paid back to you by contacting Klarna's customer service team.

My monthly statement: what to do if I don't receive my statement, or if I receive my statement before my order arrives? Klarna will send you an account overview and your monthly statement via email, along with instructions to make your payment. You will only start receiving statements once your order is delivered. If you haven't received a statement after you've received your order, or need help making a payment, please contact Klarna's customer service team who will assist you further. And if you've not received your goods, please contact for an update on your order and please also contact Klarna's customer service team who will postpone the due date of your first payment.
When is my payment due? Your repayments will only begin once your order is delivered in full. Klarna will send you monthly account statements via email, notifying you of when the monthly payment cycle begins. You only have to make repayments for the products you've received, and you never have to pay more per month than you signed up for at checkout. The duration of your credit agreement will extend to make sure repayments never exceed this. Please note: payments run in a billing cycle on the 7th of each month. What happens with the repayment agreement if I cancel or return my order? Once we've cancelled your order or confirmed collection of your products to be refunded, Klarna will make the necessary changes to your account balance.
What happens if I am unable to make payments to Klarna? If you don't make a payment to Klarna for 2 consecutive months, after the second consecutive missed payment, the outstanding balance in your account will no longer be interest-free and will become interest-bearing, meaning you will have to pay interest on it at 18.9% APR. Then, if you are unable to make payments for 2 consecutive months after your account is transformed to interest-bearing, Klarna will begin debt collection proceedings. Your monthly payments to Klarna should be made in full and on time to avoid incurring interest. You can opt to pay less than your set monthly amount with Klarna if you wish, but payments will then include added interest at a rate of 18.9% APR (variable). How does Slice it in 3 work?
Slice it in 3 will allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal payments.
The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout.
Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by us and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively.
To pay in 3 installments using Slice It in 3, simply follow these steps:
Am I eligible for Slice it in 3? To use Slice it in 3 you must be at least 18. Whilst this option is widely promoted, Slice it in 3 is subject to your financial circumstances. When choosing Slice it in 3, our assessment will not affect your credit rating.
Why have I not been offered Slice it in 3? Although Slice it in 3 is widely promoted it is not always universally available. The Slice it in 3 payment option is automatically generated by algorithms that are dependent upon a number of factors including address details, cardholder details, amount of order, the online store, previous order history and item availability.
Can I pay before the due date? No, this is not currently possible for Slice it in 3 purchases.
What happens to my statement, when I've returned the goods? Once we have received the return (partial or full) and you have received our confirmation of this, an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule will be sent to you by Klarna if you've made a partial return. With a full return, Klarna shall refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments.
What happens if I don't pay for my order? Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your payment for your Slice it in 3 purchase from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. If Klarna are unable to collect your payment on the scheduled due date Klarna will make one further attempt to automatically collect payment two days later. Should this last payment attempt fail, Klarna will issue you a statement for the full outstanding order amount which will become payable 15 days later. Klarna shall notify you when a payment is due two days in advance of attempting to collect your payment.
What happens if I cancel or return my order? As soon as wehave accepted your cancellation/return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts due.
What do I need to provide when I make a purchase? If you want to make a purchase with Klarna using Slice it in 3, you'll need to provide your mobile phone number, email address, current billing address and a debit or credit card. The mobile number is required in case Klarna need to reach you. All communications will be sent to your email address. It's very important that you give Klarna the correct details, as otherwise you will not receive your payment schedule and any updated order information.
