The Role

We're looking for a positive, proactive and super driven Customer Services representative to join our Customer Care team. Our customers are at the forefront of our business and our multilingual advisors strive to ensure we're offering a first class service to our global customers. This role will be responsible for driving results and productivity of the large customer service team through effective management and communication. You will work closely with our UK Customer Services team and Head of Customer Services on strategy, KPIs, and escalated issues.

Our ideal candidate will have good knowledge of watersports brands and how to respond to the watersports enthusiast. We need a strong, inspiring person with a passion for watersports, who can come in and strengthen our current team.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Fluent in English in addition to one of the following languages: French, Spanish, German or Italian
• Willing to assist with translations/campaigns in the target language
• Comfortable giving comprehensive advice/technical details in both languages
• Responsible for executing the global service strategy, ensuring SLAs are achieved
• Assess daily/weekly service levels and quality of service; implement service improvement strategies
• Provide weekly customer feedback report
• Support the Customer Service Supervisors to recruit, train and develop Customer Service Advisors to ensure knowledge and skill-set growth
• Excellent understanding of watersports brands and products
• Positive, proactive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with all levels within an organisation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
