Ordered a new buoyancy aid which arrived quickly and well packaged.
Unfortunately it was not suitable and I had to return the item. Returns were easy and fuss free. Received updates when the package was received back at store.

I am always impressed with the Wetsuit Outlet. I had a problem with a wetsuit tearing at the seam last fall after just one use and they replaced it immediately. Great customer service!

Been buying from WO for years but this is the first time I have had a problem with a suit. Repair arranged under warranty with no quibbles, turned around in very quick time. Nice to know they will still look after the customer a few months after the purchase

The PFD's I purchased were well priced. Ordering was easy and delivery very quick, in fact ahead of time first advised, which was really good given it was around a Bank Holiday. Wetsuits Direct had a good range to choose from in many sizes, colours and both male and female fit.

Excellent customer services one of the items I had ordered sadly was out of stock, I was notified immediately and given a link to alternatives emailed back with my choice .my whole order is on its way and Will be here tomorrow.
