We are looking for a German/English speaking customer services professional to join our growing team in our stunning HQ by the coast in Shoeburyness. If you're not already obsessed with watersports you soon will be, as you build that shared passion with our customers - and maybe head to the sea with the team after work.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Fluent in English and German
• Previous customer services experience required
• Excellent telephone manner providing international customers with excellent customer service from initial inquiry to delivery
• Comfortable giving comprehensive advice/technical details in both languages
• Good standard of numeracy, literacy and computer skills
• Proactive, organised, and able to work individually as well as part of a team
• Someone who is not only brilliant at what they do but zealous about it as well
