If your order is a Christmas gift, we recommend placing it as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Please use the following guidelines to ensure we can dispatch your order for delivery in time for Christmas.
Orders placed after the recommended "order by" date could be disrupted by the busy period and may not arrive in time.
- UK Next business day: order by 3pm on Wednesday 22 December
- UK Standard: order by 3pm on Monday 20 December
- UK Click & Collect: order by 3pm on Thursday 23 December*
- UK Saturday: order by 3pm on Friday 17 December
- EU: order by 3pm (GMT+1) on Friday 17 December
- USA: order by 3pm (GMT) on Wednesday 22 December
- Rest of World: order by 3pm (GMT) on Monday 20 December
*Last collection 12pm on Friday 24 December.

Next-Day UK Delivery
£4.95 or FREE when you spend £99.
- Monday - Friday only. For Saturday delivery, please choose Saturday delivery during checkout.
- Trackable FedEx or Royal Mail.
- Orders received before 15:00 GMT dispatched same day*.
Saturday UK Delivery
- Available for £9.95
- Orders must be placed before 15:00 GMT.
- Orders placed after 15:00 GMT on Fridays will be scheduled for delivery on Saturday the following week.
Europe Delivery
FREE when you spend £99 or subject to international rates for orders below £99.
- Standard delivery to most European countries.
- Delivered in approx 6-8 business days.
- Orders dispatched direct from our EU warehouse, backed up by our UK warehouse.
- Delivery in partnership with UPS.
Outside Europe

*Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are normally dispatched the next business day, but cannot be guaranteed during particularly busy periods.
Adverse weather conditions may cause unforeseen delays.
Tracking may not be available on selected orders.
Click & Collect
Orders ready for collection can be picked up Mon-Fri between 10am and 4pm from the following address.
Your order is ready for collection only when you have received an email to say it has been packed and is ready for collection.
Please ring the bell at the front door and a member of staff will assist you.
You will be required to provide a valid form of identification to collect your items.
Orders not collected within 10 working days of purchase will be refunded and returned to stock.

Returns & Warranty
Items can be returned to us within 90 days of purchase in a clean, undamaged, unused and resaleable condition (including original packaging).
You can return items directly to us or via your nearest Collect+ store.
Every product sold on wetsuitoutlet.co.uk comes with a 12-month manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated.
