Shipping We will aim to dispatch all orders received by 2pm weekdays the same day. This can be either free to the UK with approx 3 working day delivery or £4.95 for next working day delivery, Saturday Delivery only £9.95. Overseas Delivery Costs are listed below. Orders placed after 2pm weekdays will be dispatched the next working day, Orders placed after 2pm Fridays will be dispatched on Monday except when Bank Holiday and thus Tuesday, Next day delivery is by courier/special delivery and is a signed for service with the option of a leave safe(at your own risk) or delivery to your work address which maybe prefered. Our couriers will endeavour to deliver on time but adverse weather conditions are out of our control and may cause delays.
We carry huge stocks, if any items are out of stock we will notify you by email of the expected delay and give you an alternative or of course refund you.
If you are unsure of sizes you can put your measurements with the order at checkout and we will do our best guess, alternatively give us a call or email us. Returns Very simple for size changes/refunds, just return your unused item with the invoice and a note for refund within 14 days to Wetsuitoutlet, 12 Towerfield Close, Shoeburyness, Essex, SS3 9QP. then just place a new order online for your prefered size/product.
