Good quality product, very happy. However more importantly, I was very impressed with the customer service. After ordering, for some reason it hadn't arrived after ten days. However I phoned the main contact number and spoke to someone very helpful who offered to send a replacement in time for Christmas - and this arrived at my door 24 hours later.
