Orders placed after 3pm weekdays will be dispatched the next working day, Orders placed after 3pm Fridays will be dispatched on Monday except when Bank Holiday and thus Tuesday, Next day/Overseas delivery is by Parcel Force/DHL/courier/special delivery and is a signed for service with the option of a leave safe(at your own risk) or delivery to your work address which maybe prefered. Our couriers will endeavour to deliver on time but adverse weather conditions are out of our control and may cause delays.We carry huge stocks, if any items are out of stock we will notify you by email of the expected delay and give you an alternative or of course refund you. If you are unsure of sizes you can put your measurements with the order at checkout and we will do our best guess, alternatively give us a call or email us.

All goods outside of Europe are shipping without the 20% VAT. Just create and account with a non Europe address & the prices will drop to be without TAX. However you do need to be loggin in to see these prices. Any questions just let us know.
We have a 30 days return policy
If you need to return any items for size change or refund, just enclose your invoice with a note of what you would like us to do. The Post Office is probably the cheapest and easiest way to do this and we recommend using a signed for service. If a replacement is urgent you are best to submit a new order online and then return the existing product return for a refund, as this is the simplest way for you.
