We accept orders
only on the basis that you have read our terms and conditions and that placing
your order confirms that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
Payment can be made by UK based bank cheques or any major credit or debit cards which are processed securely by WorldPay
All prices and offers are
subject to availability. Errors and omissions excepted.
Customers outside the U.K.
are responsible for local import duties and taxes and any costs incurred during
the import over and above the prepaid shipping charges.
Every care has been taken
to ensure that all descriptions, specifications, colours and prices are correct.
However colour representations may vary depending on your own monitor and we
endeavor to be as accurate as possible. All sizes are approximate. All items are
offered subject to availability at the time of ordering.
As a consumer you have the
right to cancel your order and receive a full refund, before dispatch. If you are not totally
satisfied with your purchase you have the right to cancel your order within 14
days of receipt. You must return the goods to us at your cost in an unused and re-saleable
condition, with a copy of your invoice & note. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage, we cannot be held
responsible for the non-receipt of returns. We will refund the total amount of
money paid by you for the goods, within 30 days starting with the day on which
we receive the goods back. All our items come with 12 months manufacturers. warrantee. If any defect is found within this period, we will return the item to the manufacturer for repair or replacement at their discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights as a
consumer.
